Annette Mota is a Illinois State licensed Clinical Massage Practitioner, nationally certified by NCBTMB, and is a Professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

She received her education from Everest College in Skokie, Illinois where she graduated with honors in the top 5 percent of her class.

Annette's experience in the medical field and past experience in human resource, marketing and sales, has given her a proven track record for acquiring new business and providing professional service.

Her clientele consists of Marathon runners, cyclists and those suffering from chronic back pain. She specializes in cervical. spinal and shoulder injuries and works closely with primary care physicians in treating clients with chronic back problems. 

She volunteers her time as a Clinical Massage Practitioner at special events each year sponsored by the American Massage Therapy Association, such as the Bank of America Chicago Marathon, Relay for Life and XSport Rock n Roll Half Marathon in Chicago.

Annette also shared her passion for massage at Advocate Children's Hospital in Park Ridge, IL where she was their Independent Contractor/Clinical Massage Therapist. She worked for the Child Life Division in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, where she provided complimentary chair massages to the parents of the children who were critically and terminally ill.

In 1985, Annette found out how beneficial and effective Massage Therapy can be. While a student in college, Annette sustained a severe back injury when she fell from a stage during a musical performance. After all forms of medical treatment failed, she turned to a friend who was a Physical Therapist, who recommended she see a licensed Massage Practitioner. Within four weeks of treatment, Annette was able to return to her rigorous student life as an athlete, singer and ballet dancer. Today she has an incredible passion for treating those who suffer with chronic back pain. 

In addition to being a Massage Practitioner, Annette is married, a mother, grandmother and is the Administrative Assistant of a medical practice in Chicago, IL. She also sings professionally and is a member of the Worship Team at a local church in Illinois.  Her hobbies are reading, photography, swimming, cycling, camping, traveling and singing Opera.
